Most people start with their age. But I am not ‘most people’. I am Neovendi.

I come from Kalkar on the Lower Rhine, and I also live in Frankfurt am Main and in Annaberg-Buchholz. Being close to the city, I have easy access to the center, I can maintain my contacts and enjoy a little action at events or meetings. There I like to meet open-minded and critically thinking people. I simply like the communicative exchange. Equally important to me is access to nature. In my free time, I enjoy quiet minutes there, going for walks or riding my bike.

My flexibility is very important to me.

In my job I advise, coordinate and manage. I have a position with a lot of responsibility for others. I like that very much, because it allows me to pursue goals that not only enrich me, but also society in a positive way. Through my tasks there I communicate a lot, I sell, I plan, I think, I test and I also train. I am a well-organized person. When I work, I want to be productive and get something done in my day. I like to work as part of a team and I especially value respectful interaction, honesty and fairness.

It is important to me to have time. Time to connect with my team members. Time to respond to the needs of those around me. But also time to be able to profitably combine my work and my private life.

I like my current situation. I am motivated and open for new things. I am simply me.

Others say about me that I am good at giving my counterpart a trusting feeling. I am easy to work with and my appearance quickly becomes personal.

I would like to share something else personal with you. I am happy in a partnership. I just need the appreciative togetherness and the trust to be able to develop myself. I want to discover something new, to be allowed to learn and to have the support of my partner. So I always try to expand my own horizons, or as you would say loosely: I try to stay on the ball. Being relaxed with myself and my colleagues and customers, I think that’s totally important. Because there’s one thing I definitely want: to have fun.
